Wipers no worky??

Anyone else had this problem sometime they work for a lil bit but never when you need them too. I sounds like something making a clicking noise coming from the cruise control box when you flip the switch on?

Is the wiper box/motor loose from the firewall?

If they work every once in a while the motors going out. Replace the motor and you should be good to go.:tup:

Could be a poorly grounded motor. Take it off, clean the connections and ground strap.

quite possibly the wiper switch or turnsignal switch
mines been turning on the wiper when i hit the turn signal
common gm problem
i can ask me father what it is chances are i wont remember tho

For 1500 series trucks of the early 90's, you can still buy only the printed circuit board for a fraction of the price of a new motor. Maybe ours is the same. Generally when stuff starts f'ing up, its the motor.
