Meet up with a buddy to race and the outcome was somewhat surprising. First run: Attempted to brake boost and pushed through the stock brakes blowing the booster line off (Fixed that). Launched off idle and he instantly put a car on me and ended up about 2 cars ahead before we shut down...

Re: What did you do to your SY/TY today? Circa's, I used to skate but just wear the shoes because of comfortability and looks. I do however snowboard when the season is right :tup: That was done by hand also, lol

Re: What did you do to your SY/TY today? Same truck, different compounds. All still done by hand too. Dirty - prewash. Wheels pre-shine and post Hood before M105/M205 combination Taped off and started. 50/50 Before compound reflection. After compound reflection...

Re: Fueling? Bone stock and now just recently seafoamed. Cleared out a bunch of carbon build up from the excessive smoke :rotf:

Re: Fueling? No problems. I'm possibly going to grab some higher octane gas to toss to see if the knock goes away. If it does then it isn't phantom and I've got some tuning issues on my hand.

My reverse lights are out and the truck won't start so I've come to the conclusion that this has gone to its grave. Anyone out in SyTy/S-series world have one laying around they want to let go for uber cheap let me know!

Re: Fueling? The E85 is out of the tank and it's a fresh base of 93 octane. Set for right around 15/16lbs of boost, and timing is way down. I'll have to set another log on the way to class later on.

Re: Fueling? I'm starting to believe that I'm having issues with phantom knock because I've cranked the timing down and I'm still getting the same amount of knock no matter what. Carbon build up at 155k?

Re: Oil leak help... Oil leak tracked down and killed. The lower intake wasn't leaking one single drop, somehow the center of the Oil/Fuel pressure switch cracked (where the plug is at) and was dumping oil out everywhere. Got it all squared away and surprisingly the truck runs a little better...

Re: Fueling? I've taken the AFR from 10.2x all the way and in between 11.6x. I've posted Tunerpro logs and whatnot in another thread :tup:

Re: Fueling? I've tuned it for the E85, that's not the problem. I'm not new to tuning with E85 as I've been doing it for like a year with my DSM(s).
