Well I pulled the cap and rotor and the rotor is a lil toasty around the edge, and some of the terminals under the cap are a lil burnt, but I wouldn't say they're bad enough to cause this much of an issue. Swapped the PCV's with the correct ones, and it almost seems like it's gotten worse... and...
