I think the only casualty happened to be my Speedometer. When I left the BBQ I noticed that it was sitting at 10mph no matter how fast I went. The Odometer and Trip Counter were out too so I didn't rack up any mileage on the trip back! Seriously though, I had to plug in the laptop so that I could set my cruise. I figure that on my last run I must have knocked the cluster connection loose. Now I just need some time to open it up and fix it!

I had such a blast! I don't even care that I was the slowest (someone has to be). Watch out Gord, cause I'm after that Fastest Stock Truck trophie!

I got some pics that I just need to re-format. I'll post some in the next couple of days.

Well we made it home without any problems. Other than the one cop coming out from nowhere as we were just coming into Chilliwack area and flashing his lights behind me, luckily he just kept going after I pulled into the slow lane. :woot:

I want to say thanks again to Cam for organizing another great event and Mark and Nolan for helping me get the Sy all tuned-up. Both myself and Robyn had a great time and Cindi really enjoyed her first time at a track, I think she might be hooked now.

It was also nice to see some new faces out this year, unfortunatly the truck count wasnt affected much but I think we all had a good time anyway. :D

We've got some pics and a couple videos that I'll try to post sometime this week.

Yep hats off to Cam it was a great weekend!!! I had a great time and almost wish I made a couple passes down the 1/4. The BBQ was awsome (thanks Melissa) great food and lots of fun bullshiting.

To bad I missed the days. I would of loved to been there, taken the trophy for Jeff for the furthest driven.. lol. Maybe Next year I can plan to drive out!. LOVE the pic! Can I get the High res one too?

We had a great time even with the heat
It was nice to visit with everybody again and to meet all the new members of the CanadianSyTy club but I hope for the next Nats we get a few more new faces/trucks out, and the Edmonton cruise, now that was a blast

Congrats to Gord, (hell of a fast stock truck), Jeff (Glad you guys made it back home safe), Cam (we're gonna have to get some more competition for "your" award) and Steve (another stupidly fast truck, even in the heat)

Thanks to Cam and Melissa for hosting the BBQ as well as Campbell and Ace for sponsoring our track fees.

Already looking forward to next years meet, and when I get back home from work next week I'll put all the pictures I have up.

Thanks Rick, I love my award ;) All it took was a 7hr power polish and some big ass brakes to take it this year.

I think we'll do the BBQ again next year too, everyone seemed to enjoy it much more than the restaurant idea!!

Here's another one of my truck :cool: I seems I took way to many pics of my truck that day! Maybe because every truck was black but mine :dunno:
I have the hi-rez version as my desktop......I love staring at my brakes ;)
If you look closely you can see my trophy on the roof to the left of the tree :D
