I ran one in syclone, it requires a fuel pump hotwire for higher amp draw. Racetronix hotwire.

I have the info in a folder on the one I used for syclone.

Re: Aeromotive 340 stealth pump

Have not run on in my typhoon but installed one in my evo 8 last year. It failed 3 months after install. Got a new on and it failed 5 months after install. Switched to a walbro 450. no issues. Also at the same time my friend installed one in his evo.
his failed after 6 months. all 3 were the brand new e85 compatible 340 pumps. Lots of people having issues with them. Evo/GTR/STI. But could just be a issue with the design of them for the import world.

Re: Aeromotive 340 stealth pump

I used one On my LS-S10, should be the offset...I think summit has it labeled as a GM type pump.
As stated above, at the VERY least install the racetronix upgraded bulkhead..
Found out the hard way the stock bulkhead isn't good for a high current ... melted the power/ground wires and melted the bulkhead.
I've had the 340 in my S10 since 2013 when I first put the LS in it.
