I just noticed they make a 9 bladed turbine wheel.

I wonder how that would work?

There sight says the 9 bladed wheel is for Subaru's? If I am reading it correctly?

:roll:Minot update. I paid to have the new wheel installed. Having never worked on a turbo to that extent it would be my luck to break something.

It's taken forever to get everything back from the machinist. I have the heads and crank. He's now finishing file fitting the rings. Should have the block and pistons by Tues. But then I'll be gone for a few days. Once I have all the parts I'll start a build thread. Just what we need another build thread...:roll:

To peak your interest he's done a couple minor things different than what I've seen here in the past. I'll try to get a pic up before I leave.

Interesting, just not sure how exactly our turbos would react w/a 9 bladed turbine wheel instead of the standard 12 bladed unit ?
I might have to try one out myself.

You did get the 14 CM turbine housing also, correct?
Update me, what RPM does your torque converter stall to?

Yes the "big" H housing, I like build threads also. You'll just have to wait a couple of weeks. Very busy 'till the end of the month. Then watch out. :lol:
