Arghhh.....no NATS for me?

Well, it looks like I'm being subpoenaed for court (as a character witness) around the time of NATS. I've been asked to be available for impromptu appearances in court from August 3rd -
14th, and asked if I could remain local (in the county) during that time. Not to divulge too much, but a friend of our's is going to court and several of us friends are taking the stand as moral character witnesses.

If I can appear in court early enough, I may still be able to make NATS. Otherwise, I'll sit in room and cry about not seeing Duncan. :(

No......the defendant isn't Waller. :lol:

Think about that decision for awhile and make sure you think your making the right choice. I bought a mousepad from him and its never been the same.

Your in charge of autocross, gotta show now. Just tell them what days you will be gone, submit written statement. Otherwise JSM crew might have to personally bring Scott Kilpatrick down with us to kick your ass.

Dobrick's got my back on the autoX.....right?

Scott Kilpatrick is busy teaching Kim Jong IL how to take fly fish.....he won't be back until September. :D

in seriousness...you should be able to submit your statements ahead of time...or be interviewed in deposition for use in a trial.

I'll look into that. I'm the "lead witness", so I wanna make sure that I'm around to support him if he needs me.

Hopefully, I'll be able to squeeze NATS in.

Should know by next week if I can attend NATS. Dobrick/Duncan have graciously offered up some hotel space for me (so that I don't have to reserve a room and then cancel), so I owe them a beer/piggy-back-ride/happy-ending/etc... (whatever the currency is these days), if I can make it.

Hopefully so....

I may crash there too....especially since most of you guys will be on top of each other.....leaves more room for me to stretch out. :rotf:

Got clearance from the Judge......I'll be there.

Now, the hard part......staying away from Adam for 4 days.
