Hey guys went to the track today. Testing out a new converter (the 6th) and finally cracked off a 10.95@123.91mph. The MPH is low because boost is dropping 6psi  in third gear. I will fix the problem now that the race season is over.

Here is the run

60' 1.563
330' 4.469
1/8' 6.973
mph 97.92
1000 9.141
1/4 10.955
MPH 123.91

There it is I will be posting a link to the vid in the multi-media section soon.

The truck weight is 4100 pounds with me in it. Needless to say I will be signing the truck up for Jenny Craig over the winter.

Nice job Nolan. Some how I had a feeling the Big Dawg would be the first AWD Ty in the 10's. Canada leads the way again. :D

Congrats Nolan! ::thumbsup::

If I got you right you are planning weight reduction over the winter. What's the planned race weight of the truck for next season?

Congratulations! Looks like your persists paid off. Anthony and I had lunch the other day, we were talking about your truck and wondering when you'd get that 10 second timeslip. I think what make that 10 second barrier so hard is the 60', as soon as your trucks make 10 second power you have to get creative to get it to hook, looks like ya got that all figured out.

Good Job to both you and Tony

The timeslip doesnt really surprise me.... Nolan's got his shit together, and I can only assume he will go much faster in the future!! :)

Nice Job.

Heh I thought we swedes were going to be the first ones to hit the 10 sec mark. But I must blame it on the short season over here. No more events here unfortunately 8) .

No but seriously that's just great. Just one question, why those big rims? Try using stockers with drag radials or slicks and you would shave off maybe a few hundreds / tenths. those 17-18" wheels does make a big difference..

Atleast I think so :p

Way to go Nolan!!! 8)

I wonder how the "Dawg" would bark at sea level??? Your track is what, 3200 feet above?

Congratulations on being the first 10 second ty 8) ! After the Canadians' eye opening performance at the '02 NATS, everyone knew they were going to be a force to be reckoned with  . Couldn't have been done by a nicer group of guys. Hope to see you all again at next years NATS!
