gf loves them, hell she drove my truck 8+ hours to kentucky this past summer.

I just parked my ty in GF's garage, as of tonight she will be parking outside for awhile.

I do have her Camaro Ragtop in my garage in 1000 pieces getting ready for new paint though.

My GF loves the Ty. When we met, I showed her pics. of the truck online. The next day she asked why I didnt buy a Sy! I told her the story on back in '91 i wanted a Sy, and thought if they ever make a "Jimmy" version of that truck..... So, I bought the Typhoon... Now she cant stand it when some dumb a$$ comes over and looks at my truck and knows nothing about it. She is SOOOOO jelous of the Ty, its not even funny! She too wants to enter the world of SYTY but,with a Syclone!!

my wife loves to drive the phoon cause she hates kids in camaros, nothing better for you ego than to be blown away by a senior citizen in an old blazer. Her regular car is a 1992 mercedes 400e that has been worked over even the 155 top speed limiter has been removed.

Honestly, I think women that SUPPORT their "mans addiction" just really care about the guy, NOT the truck ;) (keep those girls!!!) ---

Now every time I have to replace/fix something on it I get :blah:
My response...I dont ask why your shoe collection is growing so dont ask why my Ty needs new parts. :fist:

I'm going to keep mine, but she gets it! She wants a Sy! She is very protective of my Ty! I store it at my Mom and Dads for the winter, she will go over to "visit" the truck, and she too talks to it! She gave it a big hug on the weekend! :tup:

Mine hates my enthusiasm about cars & trucks in general. She likes that I can fix her 2005 Cavalier 2.2 eco tech but hates that I don't like working on it :lol: only because she won't let me mod it .... she wants to keep it stock'ish.

WOW this post is funny! I have always been a car chick even before Dave. I have raced since I was 16. Even with no man in the house there are still car mags laying around. I find myself with the window down just listening to the turbo spool up or just a lumpy cam. Heck the smell of racing gas ......

Now see that's the kind of women men like :tup::tup:. I know personally I'd love to have a chic that gets into cars/trucks like that vs someone who goes by what shade tree mechanics or family who knows hardly shit about cars/trucks to tell her blah blah :blah: but can't clean battery terminals. I don't know you personally Lisa but I (Michael/Mike/Mikie) thinks that you're a pretty damn cool chic ;)

Im single, but all women I know love the Ty. I do get the "why do you have so many trucks, you can only drive one" line, but I get 'em with "well why do you have so many shoes, you can only..." ha.gets em every time.

My wife nicknames the Ty, Typhopolegic: an impairment in motor and/or sensory function......
