So how long do i have to make my decision about the hood and jump on the GP? I'm not sure if i'm going to get one yet or what type I want if i do.

Ok so is there going to be another GP for teh CF SY tailgate? Is there a Price on thes yet? Will a CF Tailgate be able to hold up to my loading my SportBike up in the bed?

These projects move along very slowly since I'm a traveling Engineer.I'm on the road spur of the moment field testing throughout the year as IvankoBarbell has experienced with me.It can be very frustrating at times.
The members first on the list get their builds in that order...if they are not cash in hand at that time of completion....next in line would get the part.
And...yes to the tailgate GB. I'll start another list once I have molds done and a first part pulled and tested for fit and strength.
To make a gate endure weight and sheer....it will cost accordingly to its lay-up schedule of materials. A race weight gate will of course cost the least. A gate for two fatties will cost the most. ;)

I personally will only be providing 3 hood styles.Sorry no 4' from me.

cowl hood without having intake clearance issues go hand in hand with trailer parks and mullets.. Explain why u NEED them if you have no clearance issuees under the hood.. besides a minor bit of breathing, they are worthleess and make our trucks look like ABSOLUTE CRAP. HAVE FUN GUYS!
maybe my own personal opinion, but uhh, they deface the value of the trucks and make em look terrible.

its like this.. i see a guy im like oh nice cowl, whats under the hood, he will reply, its basically stock, i laugh, vomit in my mouth and walk away.. come on guys, they are the ugliest things ever.

Sorry,didn't see your post somehow. ;) ......my hoods are Resin Infused with a clear UV resistant clear gelcoat. Which of course needs no bodywork or re-coloring unless ones so desires.
Thats one of the reasons my molds took so long to complete.

If this thread was about opinions rather than requests and forward discussions on the making of them....your words would count for something,not much,but something. ;)
......and of course...no offense meant on either of our parts,I'm sure.

are you talking about the cowl or CF because my wife told me if I put a cowl hood on she wont ride in the truck I told her I need one soon then :rotf:

AHAHAH if thats the case GET ONE NOW!!!!! AHHAHAHAHAHah

I love CF, id rock a Stock Style CF hood ANY day, even a .5 cowl, but never would i go beyond 1 inch lift for a NON raised intake truck, its poor taste impo. I mean our trucks are boxy enough, even though the cowl lines match the body lines, its like throwing another ugly box into the mix, and better yet, its directly in front of your face and its the first thing people see... Not my style

BTW im growing a mullet and am NOT getting a cowl to discredit my original thoery :)

Hey Adam, Don't hate on Cowl hoods if it's 2" or 2.5" it looks cool but 4" is horrible I agree!
PS. Your white on white AKA Beast or 4K lb white frizbee is in desperate need of one it's only a meter of time before I am making fun of the hole in your hood! Hee Hee :myclone:
