well that depends... do you actually want to DRIVE the truck?
the lower you go in the front the shittier your handling is going to be... unless you drop the $$$ on coil overs. Loosening the torsion bars works, but do some homework on shocks first. If you're planning on going lower than 3", you'll need to notch out the cladding or get some skinnier wheels, and be prepared to be that asshole that holds everyone up in the parking lot as you eek over speed bumps one wheel at a time so you don't slam down on the cross member.
I have belltech drop leafs, and 1" blocks w/set back plates, and even that's too low. It still rubs the cladding when I turn in to driveways, and hits the bump stops on rough bumps in the road.
