Lowering them to much is hard on the front half shafts, espically if you run higher than stock power.

Channel the body over the frame and C notch the rear you can scrape the cladding off on the ashphalt.

well that depends... do you actually want to DRIVE the truck?

the lower you go in the front the shittier your handling is going to be... unless you drop the $$$ on coil overs. Loosening the torsion bars works, but do some homework on shocks first. If you're planning on going lower than 3", you'll need to notch out the cladding or get some skinnier wheels, and be prepared to be that asshole that holds everyone up in the parking lot as you eek over speed bumps one wheel at a time so you don't slam down on the cross member.

I have belltech drop leafs, and 1" blocks w/set back plates, and even that's too low. It still rubs the cladding when I turn in to driveways, and hits the bump stops on rough bumps in the road.

I got a 5 in back and not sure in front but its 1/2 lower in from then back. So I dunno what that drop is considered from factory.. But my frame is also notched in the back
