All the GM divisions had their own names for the colors. Officially Aspen Blue #24 WA-9222 is Medium Blue Polycoat Metallic, PPG 4110.

Royal Blue #47 WA-9095 is Dark Blue Polycoat Metallic, PPG 4251.

Here's a '93 color chart, not real accurate but easy to see relative differences.

Care to explain? It's not like they're asking for a phone #. You can't get that info from carfax or anywhere similar, either. I don't see the connection. :dunno:

I use to get calls every freaking day about buying an extended warranty on my cars, even though at the time the newest one was a 1995 with 160k on it. I'd tell them hell yea i will. then they would hang up when they found out what I drive.

:rotf: they did me like that once .... I happened to be still driving a 1991 2.8 5spd S10 Tahoe 2wd with 231,xxx miles .... guy asked me before he hung up did it have a replaced motor "nope" I said & he hung up.

I told them I had some exotic car...Ferarri or something and they said it should still be under warranty but I should call them when it runs out.

Though I haven't seen an Aspen in person, I'm pretty sure they're not the same color. GM might've used the same code both years to be lazy, but until we get pics of wildphil's Royal and Mr. Keller's Aspen together to compare.........

Phil and I will get that pic eventually. We hardly ever see each other even though we only live a few miles apart.

Rarity...There are 3 1993 JIMMY 2 DR vehicles (0.015%) matching your exact options list. There are 3 (0.015%) with at least as many options. I dont think this site is accurate.

Sitting out in front of my shop... soon to head over to my friends house to start the process of getting it back into shape.
I purchased it as a shell. It got gutted.
I know most of the history.. interesting truck really.
