I have heard that the spark plugs are not easy to get to but I presume it would be just the same if it was non turbo

Cant say how fast it is as it hasn't been tested yet and also has a running fault but I can say that I have a few fast motors and for the size and weight it is still quick. Burnout are easy but getting the back out to powerslide it is tricky as it just wants to dig in and push in a straight line( not such a bad thing though)

Haha, looks like I missed quite a bit on this thread this morning. I like to get on early before I leave for school at 7 and see what I missed since the night before when I went to bed. I'm on my lunch break at school now, so I'm just checkin' up again. Haha, it would be cool to haul a buncha people around in that thing. Burnouts would be wild. Talk about a sleeper.
(BTW Branden, I'm hoping my remaining brakes/suspension components will come this week. I might get started this weekend if it's all here and I have time. I don't know what your schedule is like, but you mentioned you might like to come by and help out/hang out. I'll let you know.)

The best place to learn is probably this website. Its better than a manual, its interactive! Beyond that, Factory Service Manuals for the Syclone or Typhoon would tell you a lot about the engine. Despite the fact that says "Syclone" on the intake manifold, the engine could originally be from either one.jayworldofice said:

Thanks for the pointers. I am going to have to do my homework on this engine then as I need to identify exactly what I have got. All I know is that it says Syclone on top and theres a turbo on the left.
If its a conversion then I hope its not the standard engine with the Syclone bits added to it but instead a whole engine transplant. Also I dont know what gearbox is in it but it is the usual cloumn shift but with no sign of overdrive.
Anyway I have so many queries but my first is my running fault so I will go and post that question in the relevant section and hope someone can help.
