Had 3 pieces of cladding replaced by a local bodyshop with a good reputation. Got the truck back and the paint doesn't even come close to matching, way too white. The guy at the shop said that is to be expected due to it being a 10 year old paint job.
Found this on syty.org archives, and it applies to my 93 frost white/frost white Ty.
The caps locks refer to some posts saying that the L in L5111 stood for Linen white, which obviously it's not.
I had always heard that our vehicles came with a single stage paint job rather than a base coat/clear coat paint job, although the debate never seemed to ever come to a clear conclusion in the archives. I also read that it might be illegal to paint laquer/acrylic paints in some states now.
Any ideas on how to match the paint up, previous experiences etc. would be great.
I also asked for them to give me my old cladding pieces back, and he said "i'm not sure we still have them, but i'll check". Is there any laws on inspecting and keeping old parts when repaired?
Thanks.

These are the paint codes. WAEM=waterbase enamel. WA= the 'universal color
code.' The paint and auto industry uses this number to track the color
formula. Any body shop or paint supply house can use this number to mix the
paint. The L and U are for lower and upper. AS IN BEFORE THEY GO TO PAS.
Your car was the same color before the cladding was put on. THE 'L' DOES NOT
REFER TO CLADDING COLOR.
