Hi all. I am trying to get ahold of Jon from Mirrado Graphics and can't seem to get any email replies and his PM box is full. I ordered some graphics around 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. This is the first time I have used a SY/TY vendor and hope this is not the usual "no response" "no product". I have a friend that owns a graphic shop here locally but used Mirrado Graphics because they were an ISTA Vendor. I hope the other vendors are more courtious than this! I did not want to have to start a new thread for this but I have tried everything else to try and find out were my graphics could be. If anyone can shed some light on this I would appreciate it. Not a happy camper.

Thanks for the heads-up midnight! Things must be crappy enough not to be able to return quite a few emails from me. I wish I would have known that before my order. Part of it was for my dad's TY for x-mas. Now what do I do? Have one made in town here or wait? Damnit!

It seems a few of us are having trouble reaching him. I have tried emails and PM (also full) with no response. I would have been fine if he would have at least dropped me an email or PM telling me that he was not taking orders or shipping would be delayed, but I got nothing. If he was having trouble, maybe he should have put something on the website telling customers that it would be awhile until orders could be taken. He has my $$$ but I have no decals. This does not make me happy.

yea i agree and have had the same problem, but im gonna give him the benefit of the doubt on this issue since i dont know his story. hopefully he'll get back with us soon.

maybe he went rich of those decals he sold us, and now is being a billionair somewhere with the money we spent.....
but i highly doubt it, cause he seemed like a pretty good board member, doing his stuff and helping people out

I am not trying to put the guy down. I don't know his situation either. I just think that if you are going to have a business, any business, you should have the common courtesy to respond to your customers concerns. And if you can't, you should have someone else do it or give your customers some type of notification on your website that orders are not being taken until after the new year starts. That's all. I did my part as a customer, I placed my order for the products that I wanted, paid for them right away, and expected delivery of the items that I purchased. When I did not receive my items, I tried to contact the vendor. With no responses, I am now trying the forums were I found that he was a vendor. I was trying to support the vendors on our great ISTA Forum. This sarcasm and not getting any response from an ISTA Vendor is not funny to me. I did not spend alot of $$$, but you look like a jackass when you have to tell your dad that part of his x-mas gift hasn't come yet "but should be here any day because I ordered it on the 15th". I guess I have learned my lesson!

iv been waiting since 10/12,got a couple updates early on,but nuthin since mid Nov....urg.

I like John and I don't want to bash him, but I had the same problems in July of 2006. It took me two months and three emails but I got my stuff. He said he would put some extra stickers in my order for me, but I just got my order. He did donate tons of stickers for the NATS last year. Which was really cool.
I would just give it more time, everybody gets to busy once in awhile. Besides, is your truck not going to run without them? If you are looking for a real problem, try finding the stock EPPROM chip #16181579!

I send Jon in 10/2006 Money for Syclone Sticker Set.
After one Months he send me an e-mail that he many Problems and send me the Stickers on the quickest way to Germany. Nothing!!!!
After 4 Months: Nothing !!!!!
No answers on my e-mails, no PM.
Thats Shit, and if Jon lives in Germany, he had a big Problem.

well...it would seem he is still kicking....
i recieved an e-mail last night around 8pm that seemed promising...he said hes starting to catch up and i would recieve a partial refund & shipment of decals shortly. but he did not supply a shipping date.
hopefully he will follow through & all of those who have been waiting will hear from too.

Anyone hear anything lately? SonomaGTlover hasn't been active since end of January. Anyone know if he was active on any other forums? I'm out $100 and won't forget about it.

Stealing money is wrong,even if you're having a crappy year,life,whatever.

I guess this would be a good time for you victims to use the trader feedback rating.

funny how anytime someone mentioned decals, his name was the first thing mentioned. Support the community, he has a Sy, buy from Mirrado Graphics, blah blah blah. We(the community) tried to help him out by sending him business and he screwed us. I'd stick with Graphik Concepts from here on out.

I bet somebody on here knows whats up but isn't saying for whatever reason. The whole thing seems really strange. My 2cents are after having met the guy twice he didn't come off as a bad guy at all but its not for me to say and I'm not out of any money either :dunno:
