Wonder if the one's ripped in this whole saga could list an item for sale on ebay targeted at the items he is buying. Once he bids (if he should bid before the last 24 hours), they can end the auction early and sell to current high bidder (him) and once he pays, thank him for a refund for the graphics and stiff him like he has everyone else. Ah, nevermind.....2 wrongs don't make a right but it was a wild thought.

Someone already sent him a printed copy of this thread along with goods he bought from them off ebay . Hopefully he will decide to do the right thing and give everyone their money back .

Add me to the list of people who HAVE NOT gotten the fan kit ordered in May.
ordered and PAID for...or just ordered? Please everyone be more specific...there is a big difference between not filling an order but not taking $.

Re: Jon @ Mirrado Graphics were are you?

A lot has happened and I don't blame any of you guys for anything mentioned here. Thanks to those that understand that life sometimes throws curves that are very difficult to dodge. For those that don't understand and are bitter, no hard feelings to you as you are perfectly justified. I took on WAY more than I could handle during 2006.

If you don't want to know why... skip this paragraph
Last year was very hectic and stressful for me. I took on way too many projects while trying to maintain a full time job, part time business and 1 yr old baby not to mention upkeep on a home new to me and a project Sy. My hats off to all of you that can handle a load like that, I couldn't. In the process of relocating my PC was a total loss along with everything on it. I had some of the files backed up on the laptop but all records of orders including SyTyNET members were gone. After weeks of comparing what I had with PayPal records I managed to get a lot of orders filled but more remained. During this time my wife learned that her mother overseas was not doing well so I turned everything over to my brother (Jason) and asked him to do the best he could during my absence. Needless to say he was confused but not to blame. Things were packed and I took my family on the 22+ hour flight around the world to Thailand. I recently returned home due to lack of available vacation time. April I am elegible again and will be leaving to join the rest of the family for their trip back home a couple weeks later.

In the meantime, while I am home I will fill the 2 orders that I know have not been shipped and correct the (got boost) mistake my brother made on a third order. To further assist SYTy members I have created a personal Email account and web site for SyTy.net members only. Please, until May 1st do not email me there unless I owe you something. I would like to keep the mailbox as clean as possible so I can settle up with everyone and make things right.

For those of you that have outstanding orders that I may or may not be aware of... please feel free to write so I can be sure I don't miss anyone. The Email is sytynet@mirradographics.com I plan to get the known orders out by this weekend and the others when I return home again mid April. The new web site for SYTy members only is http://mirradographics.com/sytynet.html This will make tracking and shipping much easier for me to monitor and should solve many of the issues I have encountered last year. It's not complete yet but will give you an idea of the changes.

Again, big thanks go out to those that were patient and understanding. Partial refunds are being given as orders are figured out and shipped. I also wish to extend an apology to everyone here for poor representation of what SyTy.net is all about by means of a donation. Moderators, If the donation account has changed please email me the new information. I hope that this is a workable solution for everyone and I look forward to chatting with everyone here again this summer.
