You haven't missed it yet! I've been busy coaching little league baseball and I'm in the middle of my inlaws moving to TN from SoCal. We will have an event this year! I'm just waiting for the Cali-TN move date before I can schedule it.

I'm glad to hear that it's good news. I'll know more as soon as all of the TN/Cali house closing dates start getting set.
