How far do you want to go? Good speakers in the stock location can work really well, but to get great sound, you'll need a new head unit with RCA outputs and amps and a sub. Replacing the speakers is a good first step. To widen the choice for rear speakers, you'll need new grill covers like American International SG69BZ that allow a deeper speaker, . the magnet on most aftermarket speakers will hit the body sheet metal.
Right now, I'm converting a Bose spare tire sub from an RSX to be compatible with my 4ohm amp. With bass shakers under the seats, I really don't need my 15" sealed box sub.

It looks like Eclipse is virtually out of the car audio business in the US. I bought them directly from the local Eclipse/Fujitsu Ten distributor. The models I have are SE8463A 4x6 and SE8403 4x10. I think you can find both with a quick google search.
eclipse left the US market about a year ago
They are still here they only have two navigations left that are geared towards Toyota as Fujitsu ten does the audio for Toyota's, but they are a universal product.
