Not yet....still waiting on acouple front end parts....I'm gonna do alittle painting tomorrow. I wanna get the front calipers painted...put another coat of POR-15 on my spindles and stuff like that...I've gotta work though..so dunno how much I'll get done. Either way...should be back on wheels in acouple weeks. I'm shootin for a full roller by the end of this month. I wish I could progress alittle quicker...but I've got full time school schedule and I'm workin 6 shifts a week to pay for this silly truck. Owell...at least its progressing..

Those Spohn G-body arms?

The lowers are Spohn's tubular S10 control arms. I also bought the QA1's from them.

The uppers are from Thorbecke brothers.

update time!

New Torque converter

Rear is back on wheels

Engine is bolted in right now...not sure if it will need to come back out at this point...with no body on it...it is easy to get the headers to fit and mess with the frame while the motor is still in it.

Over the next week...gonna be putting all the steering back on...painting the sway bar and brake calipers red....gettin the headers to fit..maybe some brake lines/fuel lines.

I'm hoping to see my new wheels/tires here in a few weeks.

Thanks man,

Wheels are gonna be CCW Sp500's

More specifically:

Front will have 18X7's with a 4 inch backspacing
Rear's will be 18X12's with 4 inch backspacing

Here's an idea of what they look like:

Ok...Change of plans. CCW couldn't hit the backspacing I wanted(which they told me that they could awhile back so I don't know what that is about) so the wheels that are gonna go on the truck are Iforged Astras...here is a pic of what they look like:

Just ordered them yesterday, should be here in around a month or so...can't wait :D

i wanted to get them for my truckl but they wont make them in a 5x5 bolt patern for me....

Yea, I've seen those but they only come in 15's, I had to have 18's since the last wheel that was on the truck was a 17 and it looked abit too small.

The design of those wheels are pretty sweet though!

I agree on those Billet Speciality rims, I got the brochure for those a couple months back and really love the look of them. I would consider buying them for the sy for drag rims but I really want to put the 13" vette brakes on it, may have to see if those would somehow fit with the brakes.
Also I really love your pick on rims defiantly a good choice!

FYI - the cladding hangs a 1/4 below the frame.

ps - mine is at 2.75 air out and 5.25 ride height. I should have made it 6"
