Just putting a quick post up of my project. I will not be updating it a ton as any spare time I have will be in the garage working on the truck. I will be uploading pics on Photorbucket here.http://s266.photobucket.com/albums/ii254/10secTy/LS7%20Indy%20Syclone/

The build is as follows.
LS7 out of a 2007 Z06
Diamond forged pistons
Hand ported the heads
Cut the heads to 67CC
Cometic 0.040 head gaskets
compresson is 11.9-1
Fast 102 intake and throttl body
Stock crank and Ti rods
ARP main studs, heads studs
ARP rod bolts.
comp Cam 246/254 116+5 .620 lift
JP billet double roller timing chain
Stock rocker with comp bearing upgrade
Melling oil pump
RPM oilpan
RPM 1 7/8 long tube headers
Short 60lbs injectors with Fast rails
0411 ECM set up to run 4L80e
IMG_1588.jpg

Motor dynoed out at 675hp 590lbs and made 470lbs at 2400rpm.

Trans is a built 4L80e with Circle D triple disk converter.

Plan is to drag, road race, autocross, cruze just wear the damn thing out.

I will be staring the install of the 4 link in the back soon and will be taking pics.

Nolan! Looks good. Since talking with you on the phone that one day about your build I have been thinking about it. It looks nice. I cant wait to see some video of it going down the track.

wow, definitely going to be following this build. Can't wait to see what direction you go with the 4-link. Speaking of which, are you designing it yourself or was it a kit? Triangulated or parallel?

Re: LS7 Indy Syclone

Should be good for now. Its kind of a budget build. If I get board and want to run some fast times at our track rentals I will put a 200 shot on it.

Wow. That sounds like a lot of reliable power!

Re: LS7 Indy Syclone

Paralle 4 link with a wishbone locator. This way when I am road racing I run them paralle then when go drag racing move the top bars and wish bone for the IC I want.

I have a Bell tech large Typhoon rear sway bar and will be putting a typhoon gas tank at the rear where the spare tire was.

Awesome looking build! I'm getting inspired to start posting pics of my build! Since youre going to be busy working on the truck will you still have time to tune my truck? LOL I'm hoping to get the new combo running shortly. Keep up the nice work and good luck
