#4 wire is labeled "fuel pump B+ feed to fuel pump" from LS harness.
This wire should can splice/ connect into your existing grey (+) wire coming from the "J" section off the firewall plug. This does not help my setup because im not running the stock fuel pump and will need a delphi weather connector to make it work plug and play. I was running a fuel pump relay harness from racetronix to boost voltage before. Im going to reuse it and make it work.
NOTE: grey wire (+), purple wire is for the fuel sending unit.(do not cut the purple wire from the distribution block)

2.red wire- "tp battery positive to pwer harness"
3.green/wht wire "electronic speedo output 4000 PPM"

Dropped off the fiberglass bed today to get the floor made.
Quoted me $1600 to get it all said and done...Ouch!
Just to save 130 lbs. or so...wont do this again.
Had to take time off this project to get my house on the market. I should be able to jump back on the sy in a couple of weeks.
Next goal is to have it running by the end of this month.

Took some time to myself today and bled the brakes. Monday the FG bed will be ready to install.

Hey Big Al, The bed was purchased from a shop out of Cali. Jose @ USbody kits, the phone number I have for him is 818.800.7893
Price was $2500 (I think) shipped for all FG stuff he made for the sy. The floor and reinforcement is going to cost me about $1600 here in Texas.
The shop here in Texas offered to make the beds for $2500 with the floor as a direct bolt on.
I plan on having them add fender flares molded in to cover my tires better in the future so that is also an option for you. Similar to Adam's syclone. John's number is 512.876.9616

Actually it was $2000 for all the FG stuff shipped...I looked at my build sheet to confirm.
I think Im going to carpet the bed. The thin wood was used to lay the fiber on both sides. I was told it should be ready to install this Friday.

9.5 tall (only 8 if you dont count the bottom bung/cap)
7 wide
5 thick (includes the -10an bungs sticking out front and bracket in back with M6x1 bolts/nut/lockwasher)
as seen on TurboCatchCan.com <------------
-10an bungs up front with a internal aluminum baffle that helps catch oil and prevent from getting on filters. -6an drain bung and blue -6an cap (you can recirc back into your oil pan with custom line and open/close valve)
Then filters are 1" inlet for good breathability! If you were odd and actually filled this whole thing with oil and didnt drain it max is about 30oz fluid.
ships in 48 states fedex for $13, all other extra. Usually ship in 3 business days. Comes as pictured with the filters, clamps, hardware and blue -6an cap/plug. I have alot of materials instock so order these up until im out. If you have a specific design you would like or different mounting bracket requirement I cant probably do that if you submit a drawing with dimensions. Is this oil catch can too tall? Is the fitment a worry? Do you not want AN fittings and just barbs push on fittings? LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU WANT

With this being a external filter breathing unit and venting to the atmosphere the only purpose of the baffle is to prevent oil from getting on the filters or leaking out of the exit during high rpm or duty cycle. Complex baffles are needed for system that have a exit from the catchcan back into the intake where suction will pick oil up. We have not had a car with enough blow by or crank case pressure to hear of a complaint that the baffle doesnt work well. Its also your bung locations and/or if those are baffled in the valve cover or block to help prevent direct oil catching.

So I asked the FG guy...can it hold any weight??? So he jumps in...I was like WAIT! DON'T!
The stock bed weights 246 lbs.
This FG bed weights 130 lbs. with out the bed cover or paint.
I saved about 116 lbs...disappointed.

Weighted the sy without fluids just now and its reading in @ 2,840 lbs.
Need to get the donor doors from Erik and gut them out.
