Wanted to say hello... and introduce myself. I'm Rick. Using your "recommended" format, here you go:
a. Where are you from?
I live in Tampa, FL.
b. Do you have a Syclone or Typhoon?
No - just here to learn for now. Ideally I'd like to find a clean Ty I can build to run sub 12s. Maybe flip it to make some money.
Just kidding... I really would just like a stock truck that's unmolested... and keep it that way.
c. How did you get interested in SyTys?
A friend of mine had a 1993 Ty growing up, got to drive it, and was hooked. I'm just like every other guy who "wanted one for years". I am just finishing a new garage build, and naturally need something new to put in it.
d. If you don't have a Sy or Ty, what do you have? (we're car people FIRST, and SyTyers second)
Sadly, no exciting whips... daily is a F250 6.7L. I do however have a few bikes. I race some CCS races here and there, and have two SuperSport GSXR 600s. For dirt I have a KTM 250SXC.
