Need 2 thing fuel press Gauge, and friend to help you.

Turn key on and what fuel press gauge and turn key off see if it hold pressure. Then go to gas filler door open up and have them turn key on, turn key off and everytime its on the pump should run for few second then shut off until started.

Hope this helps.

ignition module in the bottom of the distributor.

no doubt that is it. $35.00 at the parts store, 30 min install.:D

i keep an extra one in the truck at all times. plus a 1/4 drive ratchet & 7 mm socket

hope this helps.:myclone:

I ended doing new cap and rotor, ignition module that didnt fix it so I put in a new coil and coil wire and that solved the problem

ok i stand corrected!!! but at least i was close it was ignition related.

most likely it was the coil wire. i have never seen a stock coil go bad yet.
