Yes I will be at the MotoGp Race racing

I'll be there too. Just need to find a way to get some tickets.. DO you happen to have a hook up on some tickets? I just dont want to pay near 700 for the tickets with pit access.

The Coating only adds half thou We where checking all the tolorances tonight, and the piston to wall clearence is a little tight, and the mains also. While taking the cam out it was stuck and needed alittle help out. After it came loose the edge of all the cam bearings a sliver of the bearing came off all of them. I will add some pics for all to see of all that has gone on

Shot of the cam, and how close the lifter rides on the end of the cam lobe. It will be getting shimed correctly when being put back in. Also note the metal shaving that came of the cam bearing when pulling the cam out?

The crank after being reblanced. you can see the new weight that was added in either end of the crank, and where it was ground. Also the print out of how much weight it took. Keep in mind the crank was suppose to have been balanced, and the coating does not add weight. Same pistons, rings, rods, balencer, flywheel everything.

Just a couple more shots of the Uncoated rod bearings, and how bad they looked.

WoW those bearings looked like they had trash/durt in them. The person (we all know who) did not clean parts properly. As far as balance, there is NO excuse. You HAVE TO get some of your money back form the so called engine builder!!!

I'm pretty much done talking about this I would like to move on. He has called me a lier and insisted that the people that are working on my motor now dont know what there doing. Dont forget these motors where raced by these people for years in the Bush Grand National seiers I think they know what there doing.

Well just a update of my motor after I have had to completely redo the engine after Waller Performance had screwed it up.

The motor was just minutes away from going on the dyno and that was at 12.00 today.

This has been a long project that shouldn't have taken near this long, but waiting on a Motor from Waller Performance for a year and then having it tear it back apart after 45 minutes of run time. Not only to find that my motor is junk but that I had been lied to. The list of problems with the original engine build would take a page all by its self.

All I need now is this rain to stop, and a little sunshine and I'm off to start some testing.
