Pulled over a 93 Ty today...

I was out working in Long Beach today and see this black/black Ty weaving in and out of traffic and hauling ass. It took a few minutes but I finally reeled him in... I lit him up and threw a little siren at him and pulled him over....

I went through my spiel... And found him to have no proof of insurance or registration, lol.... He just bought the Ty a few days ago... Then I said you should have bought a Sy instead... Dude now was looking crazy at me...

That's when I told him who I was and what I drive, lol..... Then I invited him to an upcoming Z-SKI house SyTy BBQ....

If I was smart I would have taken a picture of it :rant:

you shold've written him a ticket for having an ugly 93, gold stickers are a fix it ticket, seats not embroidered... fix it ticket, pointless overhead console... fix it ticket.

Some cops suck some don't. I've only ran into one bad guy but I didn't do anything lillegal and then he died.

That is funny! I had one cop around here do something similiar when I had an 86 mustang gt back in the day. I don't remember if I was screwing around or not but cop pulled me over regardless. After the basic liscense proof of insurance thing, he proceeds to tell me about his mustang. Said he just pulled me over cause he wanted to see my car up close. Cool guy none the less!

I go hit with the lights recently as well. (CHP) He was cool actually. As chance would have it he ended up right behind me at a light so when I pulled out there was nothing I could do. Anyway, just a warning. I'll take it. Not that I see one every day but all the chippies I've ever met over the years was a nice guy. Ticket or not.

I would grilled him on the insurance. I mean skip the ticket if he is not being stupid, but real sweet for that Ty or the SOB he hits driving stupid... Didn't u see those fast n loud fools...

If he just purchased it the truck is covered for a few days. If he didnt have insurance after owning for more than a few days I would total agree.

My insurance company gives me a few days to get it all wrapped up.

Nothing wrong with the way it was handled. Fast forward 1-2 months and he gets pulled over agian without insurance then I would grill him hard.:2cents:

I like cops that don't go on power trips. Be nice and I will too.
