I am doing a simple rebuild on my syclone. I will not be modding the truck at all (not in the plans anyway). Remove AC and other needless things. I will be using some of Harmon's special touches such as the aluminum inside fender walls. I will probably go with an electric fan since the stock fan and I don't get along very well.

As of yesterday I have managed to take out battery, alternator, fan shroud and fan, water pump pulley and radiator. :tup:

Today I'm hoping to have the engine bay cleared, we shall see:roll:

Oh boy, simple rebuild and AC comes out and e-fans go in??? You are doomed!! That's where it always starts and then you get that sickness and become a slave to your truck for years to come. I know that's where mine started, "just want to make a little more room is all".:lol: Can't wait to see some pics.

i have never understood people removing the ac....and living in one of the hottest states is just plain nuts.

Be carefull what you say.. that green thing in their driveway can disappear real quick :lol:

Maby she will drive it fast enough to keep it cooled down on the inside :tup:

Day #2 - not much better than #1 :rotf:
ABS - gone, Cruise - gone, radiator - out, working on blowing up the AC, taking out spark plugs, dist. etc.........

Harmon won't let me use the garage:rant: My "floor mat" :rotf:

do you have pictures of the aluminum inner fenders? This sounds like a good idea.
