Suspension Techniques is owned by Belltech and has been for about 7 years now. Both companies sway bars are made on the same machine. The Belltech part number for the TY is #5524 and the SY is #5520. We have a front sway bar in the works using my Ty as the test vehicle. I will let everyone know when it's ready along with all the specs. I will also set up a group purchase for those that want one.

Hi Eric

.. Happy to say that I've been pleased with my ST sway bar for the past 3 years on my Syclone.. Was considering the possibility of the Belltech 3" drop springs for S-series trucks(2" on sytys) however there were some concerns that I had...
1. By dropping the springs 2" you effectively close shock travel by 2"... Does belltech offer a stock monotube shock comparible to the stock non air ride bilstein's? If so how well do these shocks hold up under incliment weather.. (snow, ice, rain) ..? cost?
2. I also noticed your mentioning of a payload assist setup for the previous drop that was in development.. How much weight would you be able to carry with this modification in addition to the 2" drop springs?
3. By dropping the rear 2" with drop springs what if any modifications would be needed for proper steering alignment specs without wear.. Not very sure if anything would be effected but I'd feel better asking..
Appreciate any responses you can give.. Don't plan on using the sy for a daily driver much more than another year and was curious what sort of future suspension mods I might make...
Thanks again for your time...
