Sorry, I only know what is in their ad copy:
"ATRs exclusive monster sway bar is an increible 1-¼" unit which takes total control. Simple bolt on installation. Compare this massive unit and the fine handling to the competitions coat hanger sized unit! Fits 1992 and 1993 Typhoons and gets the job done! Typhoons only.."

Contact Rick Krupa. I'm sure he can give more details.

Also, a note to all of you St/Ty guys, all late model S10 Blazers (and also Extreme model trucks) use the same rear sway bar that is 23mm (0.9") in diameter, and they are a bolt-on to ANY S10 (including Sy/Ty's). The connector links and frame brackets are bolt-on items on the Extreme S10 truck, but the Blazer frame brackets are welded on (and the connector links are longer than the truck versions). To mount this rear bar on a Typhoon only requires that 1/4" steel plate tabs be welded on the Ty's frame. The Syclone, on the other hand, can use the entire hardware from an Extreme model S10, with only three holes on either side needed to be drilled in the frame to mount the brackets!!

hey just wondering.. so if i get the extreme sway bar it will come with the brackets too put on the frame??? what about the bell tech ones... does belltech include everything i need to put on the sway bars on a sy

Yes, if you get the swaybar from an Extreme model S10, get the bolt-on frame mounts & connector links as well, since they will also fit on the Syclone frame (that is after drilling three holes in the frame on either side to allow bolting up the frame mount brackets).

As far as the Belltech swaybar, I have no idea what is supplied with it.

All Belltech and ST bars come with everything you need to install your sway bar including grease that you will never get off your fingers. Here is an update on sway bars for Sy/Ty. Currently I have a prototype front bar on my Ty that is 1-3/8" diameter. We are also testing 1-1/2" bar for the front. We experimented with different mounting points but we may stick with the factory mounting points with urethane bushings. (We want people to be able to mount the bar without welding). We are thinking of the 1-3/8 for the Sy and 1-1/2 for the Ty, we will see as these are just prototypes. Someone mentioned on a post that they were not happy with how the BT/ST bars mounted up even though the ST bars seems to be a favorite here. I passed that along to our bar designers and they are making a new prototype bar for the rear. The bar is wider on the axle and the good news is that it will be 1-1/4" (option) and will probably have different mounting points for the end links. Hopefully these will be in production soon. I will keep everyone updated. Just after we added the new front bar to my Ty I also bought the ZR1 rims with tires (11" rears) and my Ty really handles. Because the bars final designs have not been signed off, changes are still okay and I'll welcome anybody's input.

For god's sake, include GOOD DIRECTIONS if you plan to produce and sell sway bars. If you need someone to do a layout, just ask.

Instructions have come a long way since the invention of digital. Most of them do have pics now. THIS ISN"T MEANT TO FLAME YOU but you do need to be smarter than the parts you are installing. You would be shocked to hear some of the tech calls we get here. People have even called with their truck torn apart wondering how to get an S-10 drop spindle on their 4x4. (the guy at Supershops said it would work) How about the guy that called and asked how good our shocks were. He tested the other brands by jumping into the back of his truck, with his buddy, from the roof of his house. "if the truck bounces more then 3 times them shocks ain't any good". The best is when peple call asking for a vendor in their area and when asked where they are calling from they reply "my house". Seriously, most of our newer kits have detailed instructions with pics now but we still need to update the older stuff. It all takes time. Thanks for the input.

In addition to including good instructions, posting the digital versions on your web page would be great.
