What are the plans with the motor and trans? Will you be rebuilding them both?

Looks like a big project. Hope it goes as smoothly as possible.

got motor out. Block and heads at machine shop. Hope they check out!

Cladding all repaired and painted. Cab and box almost ready to shoot

sanded down to bare plastic, then plastic primer used, then 2k filler primer, blocked out with 600, then sealer coat, then black basecoat then 4 coats of clear coat, wetsanded with 2000 then buffed and polished

Any idea on manhours to refinish all the cladding? Looking at a local shop here for a quote. Just looking for a check. Thks

Not really sure. I paid a guy to do it. But we have a little used car dealership, and we send him a ton of work. So he hooked me up. Plus he really likes the trucks too. Hes painting whole truck for less than im guessing someone would charge to do claddings.
