TYTILIDIE
METH HEAD
We're all set to have our baby boy in October. This has inspired me to ask the question, is having two Typhoons really worth it? First off, my wife's Ty has been a pretty good truck. Of course, I don't drive it so that is likely why. One thing that bothers me about the Typhoon is that there isn't much in the way of seating. When we have the baby there will be four of us and we often have my niece which would make 5. The wife is open to get rid of it even though she just adores her truck (although she cleans the damn thing) but she wants something snappy. She makes the fuss that she has never owned a "normal" car and she isn't willing to.
First she says she wants the Porsche Cayenne Turbo:rotf: Yeah if we had 99k laying around maybe. Thats not happening anytime soon. For the last two years we have looked at the TBSS and we really like it but when it came time to work on it I'd be lost. Thing is, I doubt I would have to work on it much. Though her Ty seldom has issues when it does she calls me on the phone like she bought it from me with a warranty screaming. I'd just assume not deal with it at this point.
So the question is this, is it worth it to have something (owned) that I can work on with ease and for little money or is it a better idea to have something newer that wont need work all the time but costs more?
