From one of the blogs on the page listed 2 above:
http://mynewnormal.blogspot.com/2007/08/our-luck-just-never-runs-out.html

He also would have ensured that the van had all the appropriate fluids in it WHICH IT DIDN'T because the add coolant light came on THE DAY I BOUGHT IT! He also told me that we put the "wrong water" in the van. That GM vehicles only take "GM water" and that I just need to go to the auto parts store and ask for it. I told him I HAD gone to the auto parts store AND ASKED them and they suggested distilled. No one I have asked has ever heard of "special GM water".

Apparently at least a few aren't real fond of that dealership!

http://www.ataie.net/skyline.htm

Not to bag on any of the unfortunates that dealt with that dealership, but a couple of the stories in there were based on people believing what someone else told them without laying eyes on it themselves....so I would say that they got no one to complain to but themselves. I don't care if someone came up to me with a crown of thorns and a golden halo above his head and claimed to be Jesus Christ and that he was the son of God...I'm gonna get personal verification AND independent verification, to boot. I'm skeptical by nature, and I can count on less fingers than I have on one hand the number of people I implicitly trust in this world. I bought my Ty in August 2009 after contemplating the purchase and doing TONS of research online, along with talking with a couple of Ty owners. I personally made a meet with the then-owner and gave the truck a thorough once-over (my dad's been a mechanic for almost 60 years and I am a mechanic in the Army) and insisted on a test drive. I then told her I would think about it overnight and discuss it with my wife before we made a final decision to purchase it. Aside from occasional headaches inherent in the nature of SyTy's and the things I have done to make the truck a reliable DD, I have had no real problems with my truck. As the old saying goes, "Caveat emptor..." Again, I feel for the people that have been burned by a dishonest salesman and dealership, but a lot of preparation beforehand goes a long way.

The car fax shows it was in a wreck . I was told even a fender bender that was turned into insurance could get on a car fax as wreck . I wonder what the deal with this one was ? Not only that but it says odometer issues .
