Took a window sticker to prove it. I mean an E46 M3 with SMG will launch on the brink of losing traction, it only makes sense that a pickup that scoots faster than that has to be AWD or on some deflated slicks.

I am the person to talk to about this........I am a member or at least an old member of all the BMW forums. I have owned so many of them. The latest one was a 1998 m3. It was very nice but i just never really felt the urge to drive it as i do with the typhoon. I have told a few members of the change and that i wish them the best and that i have sold my m3 and have decided to jump into something i always wanted a 1993 typhoon and i wont be on the forums anymore. Wellllllll a few days go by and i read my thread. HOLY COW what a dissapointment. It seems that I got called names and the questions WHY did you do that money problems or something came up a few times. Are you an idiot what is wrong with you and bla bla bla. It still surprises me till this day being a member for years and a BMW car club member i got treated like that. No one really helps on that site anyway and they always have something bad to say, at least my oppinion. I can be wrong but that i just my 2cents about it.

Ya unfortunalty most of the people I know or at least talk to that own a BMW wouldnt give you the time of day even if you gave them $100. If you got a bimmer, you MUST be the hottest shat in the world. (Not saying ALL BMW owners are like this, but most)

Still funny to read that thread, would have loved to see his face when the little black truck blew his doors off. :D

I soo agree!!!

I've got a few friends that own them and they are dicks.. stuck up as they come.. the meets and crowds the belong to associated with BMW's are all made up of dicks.. I have two ford friends that are mechanics at a local bmw dealership and they can't stand the customer's or the salemen.. they can't offer one good thing to say about bmw in general.. They do however like the cars though

<--- BMW owner. I own one of those old classics though. Perhaps I don't fit the mold because of it. I've noticd that some of the newer BMW owners are like that, but pigeon holing all of them isn't neccesarily fair.
