this truck is really looking hot!
but marty? please tell me you got another idea about those cleartailgate lights. or atleast make some pics with other ones.
those clears make it look a bit cheap, compared too the complete truck.
but that's me..

Yep, that helps and yep the black ( charcoal is staying on the hood ). We are really daring to be different on the hood and the tri-tone on the truck.

TRANSLATION

Kind Sir,

Will you be retaining the color black on that fine cowl hood?

If so, then you may be creating a look that far exceeds the limits of a typical man's ledger.

Just a couple more pictures
If you look really close you can see the orange striping between the colors.

Getting ready to go back into the paint booth.
I bet this truck has been in & out at least 20 times.

You can actually see the orange pin striping in this picture that Bob did.

Looking back If i had it to do over I would have done a tailgate like Jon's ( Bully Sy ).

Quick Update -We have clear
I think I am going to send Kenny to Photography Class

A lot of hard work was done by all to get the truck to this point.

You can see the fade in this picture.
The two silvers are the exact same color. However the fade starts below the gold stripe.

see i told you there was orange pin stripping

Good Morning All,

Last minute decision to smooth the Wiper Cowl.
Remember the truck has a remote wiper set up so we may have another wiper cowl with wiper holes
for the Power Tour next year.

Bad lighting but here is the only picture of the doors cleared.

The tailgate is complete and yep it's resting on the new bedliner.

I was asked for a close up of the tailgate graphics that showed the shadows that Bob does.

I take it it won't be ready for homecoming? This might be the deciding factor if I go or not. I have a lot going on right now, and if this is there, it'll make it more tempting to go, whether it's put together completely or not.

Nope, Sorry to say it won't make it to Homecoming this year. But it will be at the Nats next year.

Some of you may know we've been on the hunt for new seats for the truck.
Well, with a little direction from the BB forums (( nissan1995 )).

I looked at a bunch of vendors and found that Sparco had exactly what I was looking for.

This led to that and the seats are on there way to Kenny's.

My Favorite part of the seat is the back.
To bad it's there going in a pick up truck and you won't see the back.
