Damn...well if this was a contest I think we'd know who the winner would be. Are those W1s willyson?

Re: Sound/Stereo Systems?

Not to bash willyson's truck,or your question, but it looks like a gay interior designer got ahold of his interior, and stereos are played out.But if you really wanna bump then get with Scott Van Riper, who turned a low mile red/red 93 Ty into a 168 DB monster.

Re: Sound/Stereo Systems?

Here is a pic of my setup. The bass "loads" great in the interior of our trucks. Sounds quick and clean. I competed in the pro and expert SQ classes with it.

Custom kicks by Q-form. These were made for me as I had them for one of my sponsors. There are 5.25 inch. Smaller and better fit than 6-6.5 inch

Mid Bass door setup...Image dynamic custom 8 inch dual voice coil drivers...

Horn loaded compression drivers...flushed into the dash.

And if you want to realy get a little crazy...amps ...flushed into the tailgate...

The box is simple as you can use a couple of disconnects to unhook everything and slide the box out for those times when you don't want it in. That was my setup until I ruined my Ty with a cage. Now it won't fit.

Can you hook an input to that screen from anything? Like say a laptop computer?

naa its cool. all opinions taken. but the point of my setup wasnt to be gay or ridiculously loud, nor was i trying to enter into any stereo competitions. i agree the three tone black sucks. but we are all limited by how much youre willing to pay. i had the equipment out of my old car, so instead of selling for a lowball price, i put it in my truck. because of the subs, I would have to place them behind the seats. The amps had to go somewhere, and my console was busted anyway, so I had a good friend of mine I know down at hifibuys make it look decent. so he went over the top a little but, but i think it still looks damn good.

winded, i like the amps in the tailgate btw

Agreed....you hafta see Mark's truck in person to appreciate just how well made it is. Regardless of taste, you hafta admit that the guy knew what he was doing when he built it. I'm not big on systems and would never do one in any of my vehicles, but I like Mark's.

I like those wheels. They from a vette?

Those are some nice trucks guys...Now, if you want to or not, how much did all that cost and how long did it take you to complete? I'm thinking about doing something like that too. I'm not sure what I'd do setup wise. Maybe I'll take one of eash of those :p Also, what kind of music do you guys listen to with those kick ass systems?
