If you want to do it in Orlando, we might be able to run during the World Street Finals. I know the Buicks did it one year, and I think some Fbody club did it 2 years back. I can talk to the owners and find out... we could just run a few times during the Saturday qualifying.
There's tons of street racing that weekend, starting on Thursday after RaceRock.

The local street racing is only minutes from here, as is the track, my house and everything else..... SO I vote Orlando :)

Ok, Ive reset the poll and changed it to Orlando vs Valdosta.

Please resubmit your vote. I know , I know...sorry. We didnt realize the Valdosta location and the track was far better than Savannah. This might change the votes, so its only fair to start over (hey, we got plenty of time to make sure we do this right!).

Before I reset, the poll was at:

It did for me as well.... I had to make a brand new thread with a poll and then merge it all together so the poll opened up again. But it looks like 2 others where able to vote.

Might try to reset cookies and clear history.... if that doesnt work, then I will make an entire new poll and just merge only the threads so we all all the info in the same spot.

I can borrow cones from work. We have a bunch we use for CDL training at the fairgrounds. Valdosta would be awesome if we could have access to the Georgia State fairgrounds.

If I were to vote, and I may or may not.. I'd probably pick Valdosta. For two reasons.

1.) I don't want to be an ass and pick orlando just because its within an hour drive from me. Valdosta is more center for everyone.
2.) The track looks a hell of alot better then bithlo's.

I say as long as theres a few food shops around there, and a hotel its fine by me. Street racing's fun. But after you've done it a few times it gets kinda old. And I'm sure as much fun as we have in a hotel parkinglot, we wont need to go looking for more trouble. :lol:

Nope , not able to re-vote yet either . Im sticking with my original vote of orlando . Tow truck back home from o-town if somthing goes wrong at track will be mucho cheaper than ga . If I go Im intrested in syty vs. syty track action .

Which one? Seeing the top end disadvantage of the chopper, I may have to amp things up a bit for the meet.....just to level the playing field ya know. ;)

well, i just ordered it. got a mini crotch rocket like popes.... all black. im sure i'll end up upgrading parts on it.

amp things up? here we go.... hoods gonna bust out the 12hp motor and some nitrous. at least you'll be able to keep up with me and pope in the straights

Looks like Orlando has a pretty good commanding lead. Since we have plenty of time to coordinate, we can let this brew and stay open for awhile.

Other than me and hood, has there been anyone else to step up from other surrounding states to help rally up their group? The guess was 40 trucks..... if we can surpass and get like 50+ that would be killer.
