Broke Ass Racing
I just sent the following letter to GMP (http://www.gmpdiecast.com/)
**************************************************
Greetings!
I am the proud own of one of your 1:18 scale 86 Grand Nationals. I am highly impressed with the quality and detail of the model. As such, I thought I would approach you regarding two vehicles that are apparently lacking any sort of 1:18 scale model – The GMC Syclone and Typhoon.
These two vehicles were part of GM’s late 80’s / early 90’s push for dominance of the streets, and have managed to do so quite nicely. In the process, they have gathered quite a following of both owners and fans. Many of these can be found at http://www.syty.net. A model of these vehicles would be treasured by many owners, and one from your company would ensure the quality necessary to do these trucks justice.
At your earliest convenience, please provide the details of what it would take to get models of these trucks produced, including quantity and pricing. Thanks in advance for your efforts!
Sincerely,
Matt

Was wondering, if they are willing to come through and make some models, who here would want to pick one up? I can tell you first hand that their quality is top notch. The GN model I have is on the shelf in my office, and it flawless. Cost me about $85.
So .... thoughts?
