So...

Assuming nothing falls through last minute, the Aspen will be finding it's way back to MID-TN next week. More info later.

Christina and I are VERY happy that it's coming back to the Volunteer state! I hope that you buying it is a HUGE blessing to Bryan's widow.

Tell him how the cladding color was a paint shop mistake,and that he should fix your **** up for not calling them out on it. :tup:

I would have been livid if I paid somebody to paint my shit and they totally ****ed it up.

I though it looked just fine and I don't think I was alone...It was voted 2004 SyTy Nats "Best Cladding" just days after I picked the cladding up. :dunno:

X2. Wish the cladding on my white/grey was more silverish.

Looks like all paperwork got in order, so hopefully should be sealing the deal in the next day or two. Ran into an issue with the title that I think has now been resolved. Should know for sure in the morning, but initial email from my credit union is that what they had sent to them should suffice.

Before it comes down, need to make a list of owners/members along my route in case for some crazy reason, something happens. Oh,and get a AAA Membership. :)

Shoot, that money didn't go into my pocket. It went to the mortgage company. I'm still broke, just A LOT less debt.
