I know they are different but I cannot remember whats different, I recall the lettering being different

'92 Style lettering circles the lock IIRC.

'93 Style: Bigger lettering.

Nnnaaah us 92 owners don't need directions on the handle on which way to turn it in order to open the tailgate. We just use our Jedi mind powers to open the gate.

I am shaving that damn handle off. I will have to fab up something to open the gate, probably something similar to poppers and actuators in a shaved door handle. Debate solved! Just get rid of them

I dont have remotes for mine. I forgot about that.............:roll:now I just feel dumb.

I will go with the simple solution and just get remotes.

Mine doesn't even open unless I pull the plastic panel off the inside of the gate and from the inside release the window then go outside stick my hand down in the gate and open it manually. That stupid latch thing just spins.

The remote only opens the glass, not the gate

I love how the 93 guys forget the fact that their trucks from the frame up are ****ing EXACTLY Jimmy SLT 's except for the leftover gauge cluster and console/shifter/ground effects.
