after 1 year

WT F???
and................
WHILE WAITING FOR JOSH AND BRANDON,
i almost punched myself in the nuts when my hood latch broke
OK i just finished replacing the motor mounts ( what a b*****d they are ) it took me 12 f*****g hours, but i was on my own witch didn't make it easy. I also fitted one of the tiedowns i got off nallj92 to hopefully make the mounts last longer. Before anyone says I'm mad for not going to solid mounts it was because i hate vibration and as i use it a lot i didn't want to take the risk.
I think now Ive done it once i could probably do it in about 8 to 9 hours next time, and yes i know there will be a next time:roll:
And soooooooo much work. I don't have time to polish. The valve covers will be polished since they are fairly flat without any nooks or crannies.Man the polished look would look soooooooo nice.
Installed KYB MonoMax shocks inplace of these:

What were the previous owners thinking ?
As I removed the upper bolt in the front the (stock)shock collapsed...
Anyway, the difference is huge.
i could never understand why everyone lifts up or off there beds when i just dropped my tank out the bottom. Took me about 2 hours start to finish to do my pump. I have to do it again to put in another pump now

Did you ever figure out what kind of shocks those were? lol
because there isn't enough slack in the hardlines to drop the tank without bending/breaking the rusted lines so I thought I had a better chance of making it out without any damage by getting at it from above.
Where did you get that tank ?
