Dumped the blown replacement shocks for a set of gabriel load helpers.

Googled Gabriel load helpers and couldn't find anything. Do you mean the Gabriel Load Carriers, the ones with the red coil spring around the shock?

Kewl, thanx! I know what I need to do now to level mine out.

I did the blocks and plates in the rear and cranked the front torsions bars down 10 turns. it was not level with just the rear.

Re: What did you do to your SY/TY today?

After a 7 week rest on it's jack stands, I finally got mine started again. Found my purple wire was NOT the culprit as suspected. The ring connector I put on it when I replaced my starter must have come loose when torqued down. Easy fix! YAY. Also ran a sleeve of thermo-tec along the purple wire while I was there.

You guys were right...the mini-starter sounds f'n awesome when it starts up...:headbange

Also put one of my 2 freshly powder coated wheel house panels back in. I'm happy with the way they turned out.

Re: What did you do to your SY/TY today?

After worndering why I could only get around 9.5 to 10 lbs of boost I took a good look at the vacuum line routing the PO did. Changing the values in the AEM did nothing to increase/decrease the boost. Has an external BOV that had one line coming from the plenum to the top of the BOV. Line from the turbo went to the AEM boost controler and finished at stock wastgate. Pulled all the lines and ran turbo to "t" and then to lower fitting of the BOV. Off the other side of the "t" I ran line to the boost control and then to the upper of the BOV. Disabled the stock wastgate rod.

Found the diagram on sytyauthority.net.

Did an easy drive with a little crowding @ about 80% throttle and showed 12+. Since that seems to work I will drop the duty-cycle down to about 50% tomorrow and start from there. A quick look showed 10.9 AF on the gauge @ the 12+. Rich but better than way lean. Dan.

Installed my new Tial 50mm BOV and intake pipe.
Also filled my methanol tank for the first time since reworking the whole thing.
All braided lines, check valve at the nozzle. Drove it for the first time
this year.
I need to get this thing tuned so I can enjoy it!!!

Successfully relocated the master cylinder to the proper height on the firewall, reinstalled the brake pedal, and connected everything up. Sounds easy, right? HELLLLLL no. lol.

reinstalled the upper manifold, tb, and up-pipe. Ran out of time. Need to go back in tomorrow and make sure everything is tight, and then I should be able to fire it up.

Good deal :) I got everything buttoned up and cranked mine earlier this afternoon too! I'm off to Lowes for some random hardware, and then I will be bleeding the brakes and taking her for a spin :)
