Can you please check what size the bulb holders for the gauges are? I need to order replacements for the LEDs I'm about to install. Autozone have them but I don't know whether to order the 1/2" or the 3/8" variety.

Thanks in advance if possible.

Pulled motor out again finally and dropped off to machine shop only 1500 miles or less since last rebuild, looks like number 2 and 3 mains were gone, all rods and mains 1 and 4 were good.

well, its about time!!!!

I just realised I have to take the mine out anyway so I'll know then for myself. What I need is to compare with the ones in Autozone.

Thanks for posting up. Much appreciated.

Makes it harder to push, slightly heavier. Well worth the added weight. And at least I have something to push. :squint:

It's not a CRL until it's fully functional! :rotf: :git: Congrats!

Received the new fuel pump and harness from Racetronix...Dropped the tank, and realized the fuel sending unit is pretty much f*cked too.

Same deal here. Bought pump & harness from Racetronix, dropped tank and found the same thing you did. Bought tank and sending unit from Advance Auto with their online coupon. Now all new. Good luck...Jim

Did some tuning on the LPi system. Was highly necessary because the throttle response was knocking the sh*t out of the engine. LPi computer is 10 times quicker then the car's computer and this made some conflicts. One of the LPi injectors was rumbling and we replaced all 6 to better standard.

Made the injection to go richer on acceleration (especially with the turbo kicking in), and also overall according to the revs.

It's not perfect yet, but the car hasn't run so smooth EVER. nevertheless I'm happy...

Heat wrapped the downpipe. Don't know how much that'll help underhood temps, but we'll see. At a minimum maybe it'll keep me from burning the #6 plug wire.

Re: What did you do to your SY/TY today?

Finally put my AEM truboost to use today. Previously had issues with it overboosting when turned off so I never "used" it for more than a boost gauge. Never thought much of it so I left it alone and figured my wastegate actuator needed replaced. Found my problem in a kinked vacuum/boost line. Replaced that piece and only been seing 6psi. That being said, I filled her up with premium and said wtf.... Turned her on to 40% and got whiplashed to an instant and steady 9.5psi. Must say im very happy with the product. Hood chip, 3" unshrouded downpipe and 60% setting in my near future... More excited than when I bought the truck!
