Almost drove 200 miles yesterday. I love this Ty when she is running good.

Buttoned up the final touches on the rad, fan, pump install.
Pulled it out of the garage.
Spat trans fluid onto the drive.
Got underneath. Retightened the lower trans fitting.
Pulled it back in the garage. Don't even feel like testing it again.

Its looking really good, but the cowl seal that is missing needs to be fixed, and the hood hinge seals are missing.

Looks great otherwise.

FYI the cowl seal is no big deal.the hinge gaskets are unobtainable.

Still working on JTR 2.8l motor mount changeout. Drivers side done. PITA
And yes, I considered solids, but if I have to change these out, I'll be dead by then anyway.

They stop leafs'n stuff from going behind the wheel wells? I may have thrown them away in 200something as they were torn and absorbing water like crazy. Thanks for the tip!

Worked on a few things past week. Installed new gas shock lifters for hatch to work the rear defog, as well as replaced the non wiper window with a oem wiper window.Looks 1000% better

At the same time I decided the windshield banner time was up. Removed that as well.

On Tue. I replaced all the rubber brake hoses, wheel cylinders, calipers, master cylinder, And did the ABS delete on the Sy. Yesterday installed my rebuilt trans. in the truck. Need to install the new radiator today I bought just in case after my trans. issue.

Just trying to get up enough energy to go do the work. The 100 degree plus heat index has about done me in.

Its amazing how much better the syclone runs when the cam sensor is not 180 off! Last time I tried starting it with the new ecm it ran but only with the cam sensor disabled and ran poorly. I finally had time to double check things and realized I could potentially have installed the cam sensor 180 off, so I switched it from digital falling to digital rising in the software. Fired right up and sounds great :D once I finish the ecm wiring I will reinstall the cam sensor correctly and finally onto tuning :p
Gotta get this thing on the road again

Took the Ty out of the garage for the first time in a couple weeks. Drove to the store with my daughter and she told me that (when I punch it) it makes her stomach tingle. Of course I had to do a 15 psi boost launch for her. Now if I can only get that 15 psi boost launch at the track.
