Upgraded my alternator-to-battery cable, my starter cable, and ground cable to 2 AWG battery cables. Wanted to go with 1/0 AWG, but living in a small town and over a holiday weekend, I settled for the 2 AWG. Next weekend will be the remote oil filter delete.

Changed the plugs. Seems I'm running rich and the plugs are a bit hot. Came down on heat range and reduced FP 5# (Actually more 4.5#). But anyway, will run it and see if anything is different. Did make a difference on the WB.

Got the right rear drum cut off. It was frozen after sitting for 4 years. Now the truck will roll. Next is to fix the fuel leak.

I disassembled my steering colum, tightened up the knuckle and put it all back together... and WooHoo... No more side-to-side play. It only took me twice as long because I forgot to double check the hi-lo rod before putting all back together the first time. DOH... :D

Did you wire them and make them functional? Kudos if you did. Most people don't bother most likely because it's a ton of work. I've added these mirrors to 4 S-series that had Dumbos. Takes me most of the day. It's not easy to do.

I'm looking for a factory harness to put in, but for now no worky...

Finally had the time today to do the remote oil filter delete. A lot easier than I thought it was gonna be, and no more oil leaks on my garage floor! :woot:

Not today, but yesterday. Went and looked/talked to the dealer who is changing my motor mounts. Still on the lift (day 3) and their tech can't get the new mount holes to line up. Talked to the tech, made a template from the original and they do line up... He'll hit it again on Tues.

Side note: They seem to be SyTy fans.
