Got it back from paint. Hell, the list of things I've done in the last few months is exhaustive...

I just want to drive it at this point.

-P

Example: Full Z51 caliper setup. Fills up 18" wheels almost completely.

Replaced the instrument cluster bulbs with super white LEDs. It now shows the factory blue glow very well.
Cracked into one of my Speedhut gauges on the pillar to see how difficult to change the night glow from white to blue to match the new dash look.
Frack!
Indeglow type. Need to order new faces for both gauges.

It never ends.

Dumped the 2006 Duralast battery and bought a 2013 Interstate battery! (why don't interstates have handles!?!)

Next up...get random front flat tire fixed.

Doing all of this with one arm since Feb shoulder surgery. Not easy.

Got my radiator yesterday that I ordered last week. Found me an all-aluminum one with tranny cooler and no oil cooler. My stock one was seeping and wanted to put one in that I didn't need to plug oil cooler lines that weren't being used anyway since I deleted my remote filter. Put it in and fired it up to find I had a pin-hole leak in the upper hose. Got one and got it installed so no more leaky coolant.

Started pulling stuff of the top of the motor in prep for removal. Been there before but I can not get over the number of wires, most factory, some mine, that I have to disconnect. :rotf:

Dang that's a small animal trap not a scoop for that lower intercooler! I must have missed that in the build thread...

Ha; just installed it a couple months ago with a custom made lower IC. Not sure what VCT stands for but if it is ceramic in nature, the answer is no.

Took the cover off, drove it around a bit. Getting ready for spring makeover. (tune up, silicone hoses, find sources of oil leaks, detail, detail, detail.)
