Removed the carpets which are now drying out in the kitchen. Next job is to find out where the water's coming in, then tidy up the floorpan and maybe get some Dynamat installed

Finished spraying the wrapped headers and axle. Now give them a couple of days to dry.
Plan is to get a bunch of stuff done on the truck this weekend.

I hauled mine out of my friends yard and into my trailer. First time its moved more than 20 feet in about 6 years, it definitely wasn't happy about it.

(sorry for the crap pic, I broke the lens cover on my phone Thursday night, replacement wont be here until Tuesday) :(

Driver Door was a pita to close so I put new bushings and pins on and it worked out great.
Raised the Door and lined it back up with the Body Lines and everything
The Culprit ended up being the top Pin and Bushings

Also did a quicky mount job on my Manual Boost Controller and got rid of almost 2 feet of line

Finally got to dust off the SY and drove her around in some sunlight today. My first winter in north Ohio was...let's say, difficult?

Last Friday and Saturday were ok, this morning was OK and I took the Ty to get the title work done. Now we're in the middle of another blizzard. This winter has sucked.

Yea, can't wait for the real spring to get here.

Pulled the throttle body and intake manifold off to fix the intake leak between the upper and lower intake now that I have the gaskets. Went ahead and cleaned up alot while I was in there. Now that the replace the water pump which has been weeping and change the intercooler hoses to rubber hoses and get rid of the metal ones tomorrow. Also going to swap the heat exchanger while I'm doing that to one I have that has been waiting to go in.
Then hopefully in the very near future I can find a 4x4 S10 or Bravada rear diff around here to replace my bad one. Found several around that were out of state and with shipping I could pay for a new ring and pinion installed.

Pulled the water pump off and the nasty pulleys that were on there..power steering and crank pulley were kind of ugly looking. Pulled the stock heat exchanger as well. Gonna reuse the stock bracket to make a new one to mount my aftermarket exchanger. So figured all that out today as well.
Going to mount new electric fan in there as well and get rid of the old metal one with clutch in there I think. Still debating that.

Installed BellTech leaf springs in the back with JTR setback plates. During tear down, I noticed the old ATR rear sway bar bushings on the links and sway bar itself may as well have not even been there. Luckily the local Vato-Zone had the generic Energy Suspension stuff on the shelf. Step 1 of suspension rebuild done! Now on to the front...yay.
