According to the calculator, the front wheels will stick out 12mm, and the rear will be sunk in 5mm... Should be fine. Might want to run a bit of a spacer in the rear, maybe an inch spacer to even it out with the front. What does everyone think?

I run a set of 18x8.5 with a 35 offset and it sits perfect with the cladding. The wheels are 265/40/18

Yep, and it explains why corvettes come with big wide low profile tires and prius's come with tall narrow ones!

Depends on the usage. Going straight demands different things from a tire than cornering does. You wouldn't catch me on the autocross course with a set 75 aspect ratio tires.

There's no rub marks now. I also have taller tires than stock so if you go with a shorter tire it shouldn't be an issue. Soon, when I can better afford it I'm going to go with coilovers in the front to go even lower and will probably shave the underside of the cladding a little to help protect it as well ad a little more camber

I ended up picking them up for about $500 shipped. I expected the tires to be crap, but to my surprise, they are in pretty awesome shape. The wheels definitely need some work and cleaning, but I look forward to it. These wheels fully restored go for a real nice penny! Here are some pictures, they are pretty dirty. I put 3 of them in storage and brought one home to see what I am dealing with.

Thanks! And yes I did! I have 3 other sets of 3 piece wheels as well... I have a set of Epsilon Mesh in 17x9.5 vette offset for my Firebird. I have been snatching up 3 piece wheels out here in Japan on the cheap!
