There are several differences in the body and frame that were made to accommodate the 4.3 in 1988, mostly for exhaust clearance in several places.. A/C suitcase, A couple of frame notches for exhaust clearance, and the biggie: The steering column is moved outboard about 1" for exhaust manifold clearance.

A 4.3 doesn't just "drop in" on earlier chassis.

It doesn't say what engine it has. But it is a standard trans. And it looks like it is a 4wd.

Too funny - I've been looking at that ad on craigslist since you posted it. I have access to a Sy drivetrain and kept thinking it'd be a good candidate for a RWD turbo swap.
