Re: Z51 front and possibly rear install info....

UP 83282 appears to be a front caliper housing bolt and I can't find any marked for the rear are they the same for the front and rear?

UP 83213A says it services an axle but only costs $10.49 compaired to UP 83213 that says it services 1 wheel and costs $18.49 It seems an error is involved some place.

Did you actually buy #UP 83213A and get the pieces for both wheels?
Me not being sure about that and being unable to find the number for the rear caliper pins/bolts is why I didn't order them from NAPA to start with.

must be a typo on their website.....when you select 83282, it shows as pins for the front but, i believe that is wrong...

this is what it shows for brake hardware for a 2000 Camaro, which should work with the brakes you have...

Re: Z51 front and possibly rear install info....

Is there a way to install a new ABS sensor of some sort in the rear after the conversion?

The rotor won't go all the way back in with the stock ABS sensor installed on the LS1 backing plate.

I want to get everything installed with working ABS if I can and I'd rather not machine the backing plate.

FWIW,
I was able to reinstall the stock ABS sensors on the front with the Stoptech 4 pots.

Check out Kore3's website, they've got templates for all of the various C5 & C6 brake packages (even for C5 calipers on the 14" C6 ZO6 rotors), and see if it'll fit your wheels before you spend $$$ on parts.

Kore3 has all the info on there site about teh C5, C5 Z06, C6(std), C6 Z51, and C6 Z06.

The one difference between the front C5 and C5 Z06 is red powdercoat.
