Ok, well i know some of the folks that have ordered a kit are starting to get alittle antsy about when the kits will ship out, and to be completely honest ive beed busy with school and work and trying to get my bravada 2wd frame sawap finished up and havent been able to work on the kits very much.

But the biggest hold up has been with the cables, everybody that has ordered a 2nd gen kit the cables will be here in the next two weeks, but im still waiting on the first gen cables from the manufacturer, im having trouble getting the guy to call me back, but im have been on his ass pretty hard the last week and ill be calling him back tommorow and telling him we got to have this done or im gonna have to go somewhere else becasue this is taking way to long and i comepletly understand people getting tired of waiting, and trust me im doing everything i can to get this wrapped up.

OK, i finally got the guy to call me back on the cables, apparently hes been on vacation i guess, anyways i got the order placed today, and he told me it would be 10 days lead time for them to ship, also they got the new ends in finally as well so if its ok with everybody involved im gonna get the brackets and hardware finished up and once the cables get here ship everything together, but the one order for brackets only will ship by the end of this week.

Thanks again for everybodys patients with this.

Still no brackets, and no tracking #....ie, not shipped - promised end of June. Ordered & pain (oops, paid) in March...........

I have to be honest..each time I stop by and read this thread I am happier I didn't order these parts.

over 5 months of waiting for parts for some of these people,


imo, this guy shouldn't have taken anyones money until he had the parts sorted out.
Taking everyones money then not giving them anything after this much time has passed is bullshit.


Hope this works out for you guys, this is a shitty thing to have happen to everyone :(

I am demanding a refund or I will be reporting you to Paypal. Good thing I will be in Houston in a week, maybe we will meet up then?! You dont have $20 of mine, you have $250 of mine. This is rediculous....and I trusted you. My patience has ran out, and I would hate to see you thrown in the "doghouse" ---

wow...how'd i miss this thread? I was wondering who was attempting to take jjorgenson's products.
If this was a pleasant dealing i wouldn't self insert myself...but for those who've waited a while anyway...

Same for me.

Again, you cashed my check on 3/05/07 and yet not even sent out one kit or brackets like you agreed to when you took our money.

I hope your Bravada frame swap project went better than the GP since you spent all of your free time and my money on it.

It has been almost one month since you posted in this thread. Some individuals have sent you large sums of money nearly 6 months ago and have not received their kits or a refund.

I too, demand a refund. You promised me on two separate occasions that my brackets "would ship by the end of the week".
The reason for the delay in shipping has supposedly been trouble in getting the cables; but it was very clear that I only ordered the brackets as you acknowledged.
Many people have fronted you money based on trust. This group is a community - we trust one-another because each of us behaves honorably out of respect for our friends. Taking our money and returning only excuses while you work on _your_ project is disrespectful and fraudulent.

To set the record straight, im not out to take anybodys money or rip anybody off. Yes the frame swap has taken alot more time and effort than i originally thought. I will have all the brackets and hardware shipped out by the end of next week, i will also be powdercoating everyones brackets at no charge just to say sorry for the wait.

Please post all of the tracking numbers for the GP orders by Friday July 27.

As noted you have a substantial amount of our members money in your hand (if not spent by now) and you have yet to deliver one product.

You have our attention now complete your GP as quickly as possible.
This has gone on way too long.

Those that used the USPS to mail you a check can file mail fraud charges since you accepted payment through the mail.
Credit Card companies can recall their payment based on the customers report of not receiving their goods.
